Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation Policy is as directed, Please give at least 4 hours notice to change, reschedule or cancel your spa service(s), preferably 24 hours. No-Shows, or late cancellations will be billed for half the amount of the services reserved or a minimum of $30 per service.

All appointments will be secured with a Credit Card. Please note that our front desk staff does not have access to the credit card number once it is in our system and we guarantee this security. We accept all major credit cards and cash, we do not accept checks.

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment.
